A smart distributor system for controlling a micro grid has been developed in this work. The switches ON different generators one after the other as consumer load demand increases or them OFF decreases. This was achieved using microcontroller, current and voltage transformer. microcontroller programmed embedded C-language to communicate with transformers give necessary output signals activate deactivate generators. In design, maximum of each generator placed at 60W-100W (Generator 1), 100W-160W 2), 160W-220W 3), 220W-280W 4) 280W-340W 5). tested by connecting seven 220V AC, 60W bulbs parallel When first having capacity 60KVA is switch ON, Liquid Cristal Display (LCD) reads 0KVA meaning that no connected generator.
